Weekend slots fill 4–6 weeks out. Weekdays are more flexible. Book the moment you have a rough guest list — you can adjust details later.

Every party includes a private room, sandbox play, staff-managed setup and cleanup, DIY décor welcome, cake and celebration time, and free entry for adults. The comparison table above shows what's different between Mini, Classic, and Signature.

Mini Celebration: yes, BYO paperware. Classic: standard paperware included. Signature: themed paperware personalised with your child's name. Classic and Signature also include a birthday sign with your child's name.

Yes. You can also add pizza, cupcakes, and more after booking — we'll send you the full add-on menu with pricing via email.

Any package can add RC digger play for $185 (2 sessions, 8 seats each). With a Signature Party, the add-on gives you exclusive access to the entire facility — no public during your event.

Yes — adults are welcome in the sandbox and the RC arena. Two adults per family always enter free.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with full payment due 10 days before. Rescheduling is free up to 2 weeks before. Cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the deposit. You may arrive 30 minutes early for any decor and setup.
