What’s the difference between founding and regular membership?
Same perks, lower price. Founding members pay $50/month locked forever. Regular members pay $65/month. Founding is limited to the first 20 families who sign up before we open.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Memberships begin with a 3-month minimum billed monthly, then continue month-to-month. You can cancel anytime after that.
What does “walk-in anytime” mean?
Members don’t need a reservation. Just show up during open hours and check in at the front. We’ll prioritize you for the next available spot.
What does “once per day” mean?
Members can visit once per day for a sandbox play session of up to 2 hours.
Can siblings share a membership?
No. Memberships are per child. Sibling rates are discounted at $35/month for founding members and $45/month for regular members.
Can siblings share a play pass?
No. Play passes are per child. Sibling passes are available at $75 for a 5-visit pass and $130 for a 10-visit pass.
Can memberships or passes be used for RC digger play?
Memberships and passes cover sandbox play only. RC digger sessions are booked separately. Members receive 10% off every RC session.
What are guest passes?
Members receive 2 guest passes per month. Each pass gives one child free sandbox admission.
How does the birthday perk work?
During your child’s birthday month, they get a free RC digger session for themselves and one friend.
What happens if founding memberships sell out?
The $50 founding rate closes permanently. New members would join at the regular $65/month rate when a membership spot becomes available.
